Dear
Patron,
Welcome to
our restaurant. We genuinely appreciate your business.
It has
been our lifelong dream to open our own trattoria. After three long
years, numerous obstacles and hundreds of hours of hard work, we
have finally realized our dream.
Our
restaurant is a family owned facility. Our daughter, Giovanna
(Joann) is our head chef. Our other daughter, Sandra, is our dining
room manager and her husband Matthew is our sous chef. Our son
Salvatore is one of our waiters and our other son Joseph is one of
our pizza makers. Our daughter-in-law Nicole and son-in-law John
pitch in whenever we need them.
Chef
Giovanna has created a menu consisting of an array of over 42
signature dishes for our dinner menu and 17 lunch menu items. Each
is sure to be a mouth watering treat to your palate.
Some of
our competitors advertise “brick oven” pizza. However, authentic
European style brick oven pizza can only be made in a genuine wood
fired brick oven. We thought it was important to invest the
resources to have such an oven built, and so we did. Once you
compare our authentic brick oven pizza to that of our
competitors, your taste buds will realize the difference.
It is our
most sincere desire to make your dining experience here at Cosimo’s
pleasurable, unique, and satisfying. To achieve that goal, one or
both of us is always available during business
hours.
